MTC5000 - Share What’s On Your Screen
Imagine a scenario where you’re in the meeting room and you want to present an app on your device screen, but you’re unable to do so because the projector in the room isn’t compatible with your device. It doesn’t matter where you are in the world or if you’re on your way or have arrived - you can still share what’s on your screen with everyone in the room.
MTC5000 offers a convenient solution for both in-room and remote users who need to share what’s on their screen but need to be in the room to do so. The solution allows you to choose which attendee’s screens you want to share.
If you’re remote you can choose a full screen, part of the screen, or one of their own screens to share and control how it’s presented. And if you’re in the room you can choose from the attendees’ screens to share with them too.
As the presenter, you’ll be able to use a touch/gesture to navigate the attendee’s screens and control the presentation. Users on remote screens will be able to use their mouse to control the presentation. Once the meeting has finished, you can return to your screen to present again in the future, just as if you were in the room.
MTC5000’s solution is ideal for presentations where you’re presenting content to a larger group of people or an audience of people, whether in a room or remote. It’s also ideal for presentations that include large data files that would slow down a connection or other presentation issues.
